Alicia Keys & her man/rumored fiance Swizz Beatz were spotted out and about in London last night.  The two hit the town holding hands and looking very happy in love.

And Alicia made sure to rock a wide belt around the waist of her black mini dress to disguise the baby bump.  Efforts failed though.  We still know.  More pics of the couple when you read on...
