WHO'S THAT BANDAGED POOPER SCOOPER?!

Guess which bandaged up celeb was spotted out walking their dog in NYC...and obeying the law by scooping the poop.

The answer when you read on....

It's Tennis Ace Venus Williams, of course.  She was spotted taking a break from tennis practice and taking her doggie...and her mama Oracene...for a walk around Manhattan.

The Wimbledon champ is now in the semi finals of the US Open, and she faces off against Kim Clijsters on Friday.  Looks like she's not letting her damaged left knee stop her.
