It's Kelly Rowland!  Kelly turned 30 this past weekend.  And after reuniting with her D-Child girls in L.A., bowling with friends, and hitting Grammy parties, she and her bestie Lala went to Vegas.
While there, Kel marked her milestone b-day with her first ever tattoo.  La posted pics via Twitter of the "during" and "after".  I'm sure Kelly will be posting the meaning behind her "Masterpiece" soon.

Oh, and she even got a birthday kiss from her girl Jessica White.  Cute.
