Cleveland Cavs Owner FINED + Michael Jackson’s Alleged Son Joins Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Remember that lil' temper tantrum Cleveland Cavaliers majority owner, Dan Gilbert had last week? Well, looks like his bank account will have to eat those words.

Find out who’s offering to help pay and learn more about the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit when you read on…

Looks like Dan Gilbert struck a nerve with NBA Commissioner David Stern after reading his open letter to Cleveland fans because Stern has charged Gilbert $100,000 for his rant.

But get this, Cleveland fans are offering to help this billionaire pay the fine. Granted his basketball franchise is worth millions LESS since LeBron left but Gilbert is still worth close to $1 billion.

Gilbert issued a statement of thanks but declined the offers:

"The humbling offer by so many is another reflection of the strength of Cavs fans and the people who live and work in this region and are always the first to step up and have each other's back," Gilbert said. "I will pay this fine myself, but would be grateful and highly appreciative for any fan who redirects the dollars they kindly offered to contribute towards this fine to the Cavaliers Youth Fund, which will positively impact our region's kids through the numerous local charitable groups the Cavaliers Youth Fund supports."

WOMP! There must be some die-hard Cavaliers fans out there.

25-year-old Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, who is the alleged son of legend pop star Michael Jackson, has come forward to join the Jackson family in a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray.

Only one wrongful death lawsuit is allowed, so he was unable to make a separate claim on his own. Joe Jackson, Katherine Jackson and three children are listed in the claim.  As of now, Joe Jackson has no idea that Malachi will be joining the suit.

According to RadarOnline, Malachi is not claiming that he is the son of Michael Jackson for money. They say his primary goal is to get closure on whether the King of Pop is really his father or not. Its alleged that Malachi’s mother, Zerline Lavette Dixion, had a fashion line under MJ’s name back in the 80’s.

If the Jacksons win the suit, they would divide the assets and will have to include Malachi.

*side eye* to him not wanting any money.

In other MJ news, sources are reporting that MJ’s Neverland ranch could be turned into a state park.
