LEGAL WOES: Kid Cudi ARRESTED!+Nicki Minaj SUED!

It's all kinds of drama for the new kids on the rap block.  Kid Cudi was arrested Friday afternoon for drug possession and destruction charges.  Which means he had that illegal stuff on him and tore up somebody's ish at the same time.
And Nicki Minaj was just sued today in L.A. Superior court over her rented Lambo.  Apparently that pink Lamborghini she used in her "Massive Attack" video didn't come back in the same condition that she took it out.  More deets when you read on...
On the set of "Massive Attack"

Did Wayne forget to pay the bills before he went into lock up? Nicki owes 12 stacks to the car rental company she got her pink Lambo from to shoot a vid with. Here's why according to TMZ:
The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago -- at the rate of $1,750 a day -- to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video. But according to the suit -- filed [Friday] in L.A. County Superior Court -- the exotic car was driven "off-road" and damaged "in the approximate amount of $11,589.41."

Plus, they allege, Minaj didn't pay three days rent on the car -- that's another 5,250.
Chick's being sued with unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage. Roger that.

Meanwhile, Kid Cudi is in hot water himself. TMZ reports:
Kid Cudi was arrested in NYC [Friday] for felony criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.

Sources say Kid took a 24-year-old woman's phone and slammed it to smithereens.

He also allegedly broke the door of her apartment off its hinges. Cops arrived and found a glass bottle of a controlled substance.
Awww damn.  That's that bullsh*t Cudi.

Drake On Rihanna: She Played Me Like A Pawn!

It was only a year ago when Drake was on the verge of becoming the big name he is now, and he was getting it in with Rihanna on the rebound.  Rih had gone through Chrihannagate just months before, and she and Drake started to get suspiciously close--hitting the bowling alley and making out, hitting "the studio" together, and the club scene together.

At that time, they both denied that anything was going down.  But now, Drake has gone public about how Rihanna used him the same way he used chicks in the past.
*Cue The Violins* On his song "Fireworks", the first cut on Thank Me Later, Drizzy talks about getting played by a "certain chick" and even references the places he and Rih used to chill:
"I could tell it wasn't love/ I just thought you'd f---ed with me/ Who could have predicted/ Lucky Strike would have you stuck with me," Drake raps on the song, referring to the Manhattan bowling alley where the two reportedly made out. "Damn, I kept my wits about me, luckily/ What happened between us that night, it always seems to trouble me/ Now all of a sudden, these gossip rags want to cover me/ And you making it seem like it happened that way because of me."
And he sat down with the New York Times recently and talked about how Rih treating him like a piece of publicity property f'd his head up:

"I don't even know if I wrote a rap song in that whole nine months," Drake said. "Because I wasn't a rapper anymore. I didn't believe in myself. I was someone else's property."
"I was a pawn," Drake told the newspaper about his time with Rihanna, which began with an invite to pen a track for the singer. "You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I've done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear. I was like, 'Wow, this feels terrible.' "
We told you back then, Drizzy, to reconsider since chick was on the rebound.  Oh wells.  You live and you learn...

Lil Kim Releases More Audio Exposing Her REAL Beef WIth Nicki Minaj, Diddy, & Others

Lawd this just got uglier.  Lil Kim dropped "Part 2" of her interview today where she really goes in about the Barbie Beef situation.

She lets the world know the who, what, and why of how this whole thing started, and exposes what she calls the "fakeness" and "punkness" of Drake, Diddy, and others.  Then other artists like Trina and Diamond weigh in on the drama. Read on for the audio...

Kim drops little nuggets like "I don't know what the fuck this punk p*ssy Drake is talking about" and "I let her live" when talking about Nicki Minaj.  Chick sounds uber pissy about it all too.  Part 1 where she gives more of where the beef between her and Nicki REALLY started is here.

Trina, Rah Digga and Missy were asked how they feel about this crazy ass situation.
"That's crazy. I really don't get it. I don't see where all this is coming from," Miami's Trina told MTV News via e-mail this week about Kim's comments. "[We're] all ladies. Can't we just make music and get our paper and keep it moving?! We all respect Kim. She opened the doors for us females. It's all good — everybody's eating, what's the issue?" Trina also pointed to the dearth of high-profile women in hip-hop as a reason for Kim to fall back with the criticism. "This makes us all look bad. There's barely any female artists as is — we don't need this!"
ATL rapper Diamond agrees that folks should pay homage when necessary:
"I just feel like people that have paved the way for you, you have to show them some type of homage or some type of respect, to a certain extent," Diamond told MTV News. "That doesn't mean that you have to go around and carry [their] bags. At some certain point you just have to kinda acknowledge the people that paved the way for making things possible for you. I favor Eve more than everybody, but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna shout out Kim in an interview or Foxy [Brown] — I might like something that she did — or Da Brat or Missy. Those women paved the way for us, so it would be kinda weird not to show them some type of attention or expression, just to let them know, 'Hey, I appreciate what you've done for me.' "
And Rah Digga chimed in:
"The fact that females in hip-hop are coming back is good, because a lot of the times men speak for women and men can't really cover every subject and topic that a woman would speak on. I feel like, for some reason, people feel like [there] only has to be one female. Everybody has their own lane. Just like there's different dudes for us to choose between and different genres of music it should be the same for female MCs.  I think the best way to command respect is to make music."

Interesting.

PARTY PEOPLE: Kelly, Drake, Christina, Diddy & Dirty Money Get Tipsy

After Diddy and Dirty Money had dinner at Knightsbridge Restaurant last night, they all partied at Whiskey nightclub with Drake and Kelly Rowland.

Not sure how much Ciroc Diddy had in his cup last night, but dude couldn't keep his eye off of Dawn's lady lumps.  More pics of these folks and Christina Milian when you read on...

Oh really Diddy?  We also hear Dawn's the one who got Que the backup singing gig with the Dirty Money crew.  Funny funny.

And did you REALLY need to bring your own Ciroc and lemonade to the club Diddy?

Ms. Kelly came out to party it up.

And clearly pretty hard.  Tipsy much?

Drake went out too as he's been opening for Jay-Z at Hov's London shows this week.

Always fun times with Diddy and bottles.

And Christina Milian was spotted hitting the club scene oout in L.A. last night.  Cute look for the new mom.
