Chris Brown Opens Up About Being Blackballed By The Music Industry Post-Chriannagate

In a soon-to-be released interview, Chris Brown opens up about being blackballed by the music industry after the Rihanna scandal.  Deets inside...
During a Page Six Magazine interview that debuts on Thursday, Chris opens up about being blackballed by fans and industry peers.
"A handful of people stuck by me. But when [most] people see certain things happen to somebody, they usually turn away. They don't want to get involved with it because they don't want their name attached to anything negative."
Chris, who named his new album, F.A.M.E. (Forgiving All My Enemies), says he feels things are coming full circle and he is embraced by the public again.
"They wanna get on the record. They wanna let me back in the door. The last two years, everybody dissed me. But my fans were so dedicated. The way I look at it is, you can't walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you're an angry person."
The Page Six interview will appear in the Thursday edition of the New York Post.

Nike Air Foamposite Pro 2011 Electric Green

Black highlights come via nubuck and mesh accents, a raised swoosh and carbon fiber outsole detailing, while the Electric Green foamposite upper adds plenty of color. Look for these now through select Nike doors, including Proper.

Kanye's "Monster" Video BANNED By MTV

Wondering why you still haven't seen Kanye, Jay, Ricky Ross and Nicki Minaj's controversial "Monster" video on tv?  It may be because MTV has banned it, thanks to protests from feminists groups.

Read on for what the feminine activists took issue with, plus pics of Kanye at Paris fashion week, when you read on...
A petition was submitted to MTV (and likely other music channels) by feminine activists Sharon Haywood and Melinda Tankard to not show Kanye and co's "Monster" video.  And it looks like the networks are choosing their battles--and Kanye's vid is not gonna win it.
Reportedly, MTV has agreed not to air the video.  Here's the activists' stance:
“The mainstreaming of videos like this increases desensitized and callous attitudes toward violence against women,” said Reist, one of the campaign originators.
“Young people are seeing images and absorbing harmful messages which glamorize misogyny and brutalize women. Women are reduced to sex-doll like playthings. So great is the level of desensitization that the barbaric treatment of women and girls is seen as normal and to be expected. We decided to run this campaign because we wanted to challenge the status quo.”
Months ago, the "unofficial" vid leaked on the net and we have yet to see a finalized version on tv.
