Lil' Wayne's Name Connected To $250 Million Heroin Bust+Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi And Nicki Minaj Get Majorly GOOGLED

Lil Wayne is so popular in the streets that now drugs are being named after him.  During a $250 million heroin bust in Newark, NJ, police officers found bricks of the drug hidden in a side panel of an SUV under the name "Lil Wayne."
A police dog was called in to search the SUV and the dog helped find a special compartment.  A police official said,

"The driver had no driver's license. We at that point decided to call for a narcotics dog, conducted a sniff test and sure enough right away, on the exterior of the vehicle, he had a positive reaction. This might pose a danger to the distributor himself, depending on the level he's on. Whether he's a mid level or lower level or he's actually the main guy, somebody's losing money right now."

SMH.  I would hate to be the guy who lost 500 bricks of heroin belonging to the big boss. 

In other music news...

Rappers Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj and Kid Cudi were on everyone's mind this year as Google has placed them among the most searched people in the year 2010.  According to Google, Wiz landed at #3 in the "People" category behind Justin Bieber and Ke$ha and #3 on the music search page. Nicki Minaj was listed at #4 on the "People" list and #5 on the Music list.
She also placed high on Google's most popular image search.  I wonder if a surge in searches for ass pads during Halloween had anything to do with it.  No matter what you feel for any of these artists, numbers don't lie.  Congrats to them all.

ANOTHER ONE! Ja Rule Getting 2 YEARS In Jail For Gun Charge! [And Twitter Slaps 50 Cent!]

I feel like rappers are playing a game of musical chairs in prison.  Now that Weezy's out and T.I.P. is back in, Ja Rule is going in as well.  The deets of his breaking plea deal and twitter fight with 50 Cent that just went down when you read on....
After getting arrested on a gun bust back in July of 2007, Ja went to court this morning in Manhattan and entered into a plea deal.  He traded 2 years in the slammer for pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony in the second degree.  Sigh.
He's expected to officially be sentenced February 2012.  And may not have to serve the entire full 2 years.  And after 50 Cent just tweeted about  anybody who...we'll just say 'takes anal advantage of' Ja...in jail, Ja Twitter slapped him right back:

Did Ja say "slap you in the mouth AGAIN"?  Goodness.
A little back story on his arrest:

The case originated just over three years ago, when Ja Rule joined Lil Wayne at Manhattan's Beacon Theatre to perform with the Cash Money superstar, who was headlining his first New York City bill.
After the concert, both rappers, in separate instances, were pulled over in their vehicles by the New York Police Department. Both were subsequently charged with illegal possession of a firearm; Lil Wayne was also brought up on drug charges.
In Ja Rule's case, the rapper was one of three men in his car to be charged; all three were arraigned on the same charges. Police said they found a loaded semiautomatic weapon in the rear door of his car. If the Queens native had gone to trial and been found guilty, he could have faced up to seven years behind bars. Now, having reached a plea agreement, he'll likely serve 16 months in prison, followed by a year and a half of post-prison supervision.

WANTED: Warrant Issued For Rappers Yo Gotti & OG Boo Dirty After Nightclub Shooting

In this weekend's file of "Which rapper is in trouble this time?," rappers Yo Gotti (best known for his song "5 Star Chick") and OG Boo Dirty are among 11 people wanted in connection to a nightclub shooting on November 29. Read on to find out more about the altercation that resulted in six people being shot...
A police report states that Memphis, Tennessee rappers Lance Taylor, a.k.a. OG Boo Dirty, and Mario Mims, a.k.a. Yo Gotti, "were involved in a verbal altercation" at Level II nightclub. When a third man tried to intervene, Boo Dirty allegedly punched him and a fight erupted.
Six people were shot. Three were struck in the buttocks, one in the wrist and one in the shoulder, according to the affidavit. The sixth victim was an off-duty security guard, who was standing about 40 yards from the fight.

Although Yo Gotti is currently out of town, his lawyer Art Horne, told Channel 3 News:
"He just wanted his fans and the public to know that...he doesn't condone that type of behavior, and that again, he plans to deal with the charges that have been filed against him," Horne said."Once he comes back and deals with the allegations, I think his name will be cleared."

However Boo's lawyer was unaware his client even had a warrant out for his arrest. SMH.
Coincidentally Yo Gotti is scheduled to release his first major album, Live From the Kitchen, in early 2011. Maybe is he trying to build his street cred. (In my Antoine Dodson voice), "Yo Gotti, you are so dumb, you really are so dumb fo real!" Sigh.

Willow Smith has been so busy hitting the  airwaves, flying around the world, and doing interviews that attending school has been put on the backburner... for now. The pint sized sensation whose Billboard hit "Whip My Hair" gained her popularity, admits that, although she is living out her dream, she is falling behind in school.

At the ripe age of ten years old,  shouldn't her education be her top priority? Read on to find out what she says about school and how it plays a role in her newfound stardom...
The outspoken ten year old, who will be touring with Justin Bieber on his tour in Europe in March 2011 says:

“I never really get to go to school because I am always on tour, or with my father.There is a tutor most of the time, but usually I am working so I never get to do the lessons. The worst thing about maths is all the kids are ahead of me because they go to school.”

 
Willow described how she ended up in the music industry at such a young age:

I was four years old when I recorded a song with daddy and only said a couple of words, and I thought, ‘This is cool.’ It wasn’t supposed to be in the song but he wrote me something at the last minute. I would go with my mom on her tour and look at her and love what she did. I thought, ‘Maybe I should do that.’ So I did. I’m going to make songs to inspire people.”

Well, at least she is honest about falling behind in her school work. She is definitely lucky to live out her dreams and do something most people only dream about...BUT she is still a child. Is she too young to live out her Hollwood dreams? And at what costs?  Thoughts?

Chris Brown's mystery girl he was spotted on he beach in Miami with yesterday is an aspiring model/LA party girl named Karrueche "Kae" Tran.  She runs in the same circles as Vanessa Simmons.
