After the youngest of Will Smith's clan, Willow Smith, debuted her brand new single "Whip My Hair" this week, the net went nuts.  And now, with rumors floating that Jay-Z is behind her music break, it's been confirmed.

Nine-year-old actress-turned-singer Willow hit up Ryan Seacrest's morning show this AM to confirm that Roc Nation/Columbia Records is indeed her new label home.  And her brand new cute promo pic is above.  Here's what her uber famous parents Will and Jada Pinkett Smith had to say:

"After meeting with several record companies, it was clear that JAY-Z, Ty Ty, Jay Brown and the Roc Nation staff was the unquestionable choice. Their passion for Willow combined with their boundless vision and artistic integrity made Roc Nation the perfect home for our little girl."

And what Jay-Z had to say about all the hoopla:

Willow's shooting the video for "Whip My Hair" in LA at the end of this month.  I guess that's why she's been so adamant about all these red carpet appearances and photoshoots lately.

T.I. AXE'd From Sponsor? + Lupe Talks Label Drama + T.O. And OchoCinco's New Talk Show

More jail time isn't the only problem T.I. is facing after his arrest. AXE Body Spray is debating about releasing the rapper from an ad on their website.
An AXE spokesperson said the company is "troubled by T.I.'s arrest" and they are "reviewing our promotional activities" with him. The rapper got the deal with AXE earlier this year because he promised he was working on being a more positive role model.
T.I. is still featured on the company's website. Guess we won't be seeing him in any AXE commercials anytime soon.

It's been awhile since Lupe Fiasco released an album, and now the rapper says his anticipated Lasers album may never be released. Lupe and Atlantic Records are still at creative differences over the album.
Lupe said,

The situation with me and my record company has gotten to the point where it’s just like…we’re really at our final straws. People could say it’s me, that “Lupe doesn’t want to make popular music” or “The label has got to have records that they can sell and Lupe is not giving them the records they want to sell, I’ll meet a fan on the street and we’ll have a full conversation about it. There’s maybe six or seven people walking around who know the whole story with their mouths wide open and their jaws to the floor as to why Lasers has been held up to this point and why it’s not coming out. I can’t tell you that. We’re in a space where we’re still negotiating and some stuff isn’t meant for the public."

The rapper continued saying,

 "I literally put it in God’s hands. You know what, Lasers is a record I poured my heart into. I was actually making my own music, in the studio making the songs, and rapping on them. And at the same time, making the music more acceptable. Not making it more poppy, but making it more popular. Putting it in the position where more people can understand it but at the same time still satisfy my hardcore fanbase."

I respect Lupe for sticking to his vision and not making an overly commercial album. Hopefully this can be resolved so both parties get what they want.

One TV show isn't enough for BFF's T.O. and Ochocinco. The Bengals receivers now have a weekly TV talk show called the "T.Ocho Show."  The show debuted this past Tuesday on the Versus cable network as a part of the "Daily Line" which is a sports show. The "T.Ocho Show" will become its own half hour show starting October 12. The NFL stars will discuss their views on the NFL, Twitter, and highlights from their reality show

With all these TV shows and all other off the field activities, I hope T.O. and Ochocinco perform great on the field or there won't be anymore TV shows. These two have been all over the media this summer. Can't knock their hustle...

WHO'S THAT BANDAGED POOPER SCOOPER?!

It's Tennis Ace Venus Williams, of course.  She was spotted taking a break from tennis practice and taking her doggie...and her mama Oracene...for a walk around Manhattan.

The Wimbledon champ is now in the semi finals of the US Open, and she faces off against Kim Clijsters on Friday.  Looks like she's not letting her damaged left knee stop her.

Matt Barnes ARRESTED For Domestic Violence, Claims He's Innocent!

Well here's one way to kick off your brand new NBA contract with a new team.  Laker Matt Barnes was ARRESTED in Cali last night!  And it was all over a domestic violence situation.  The deets when you read on...
While cops aren't releasing the name of the female in the situation, we're guessing it's safe to say it was his ex-fiance (but still girlfriend and mother of his kids) "Basketball Wife" Gloria Govan.  She was described as "a woman who lived with him and with whom he had a dating relationship."
Matt was arrested in Sacramento, CA around 4:16PM yesterday after a domestic violence situation at his home went down.  Cops arrived on the scene after an "incomplete 911 call" was placed.  Both parties--Matt and the "mystery woman"--had visible injuries.  Matt was charged with suspicion of domestic violence AND violent obstruction of the use of a telephone line.  So basically homegirl was trying to call the cops and he yanked that ish (or her) away.
Of course, Matt took to twitter and the News to claim his innocence after posting his $50,000 bond around 9:15pm last night:
"I was the victim but still got arrested."

The report also states that Barnes also texted May, "U know any domestic violence situation 9 outa 10 times the man gets arrested. That's the case here I was the victim but still got arrested. No matter what I say people are gonna think what they want..."

Barnes also posted the following on his Twitter page, ""DON'T LET YOUR EARS WITNESS, WHAT YOUR EYES DIDN'T SEE!!!"
