Wale And Meek Mill - 100 Hunnit

Black Cobain (Feat. Wale) - 4AM

Diggy Simmons Ft. Bruno Mars "Click Clack Away"

Diggy Simmons has teamed up with crooner Bruno Mars for a track that's sounds like it could be a summer hit.  Come inside and listen to "Click Clack Away."

Diggy is currently in the studio working on his debut album. And in the meantime, we have this new song which gives us a taste of what we can expect.
Listen to Diggy's new track with Bruno Mars on the hook here:

Supra Skytop III

Supra’s flagship model enters its third iteration with the following silhouette slated for a mid-summer release. Featuring a more mature and grown-up approach relative to its predecessors but also incorporating a distinct technical vibe thanks largely to a rubber cage around the midfoot. Several classic colorways are slated for an initial drop including red, white, black and blue. Several questions from an interview with Chad Muska courtesy of Sneaker Freaker are seen below.
Speaking of which, I’ve got the Skytop III right here. That’s what’s next! How would you describe it to anyone who hasn’t seen it? Where would you start?
History tends to repeat itself and it seems like everybody has been looking for ‘80s gear and old school high tops, so I thought the natural progression was the whole ‘90s, technical era. I worked closely with Josh Brubaker who is an amazing shoe designer and really understands the visions that I have. There’s inspiration from different shoes in there of course, all added with our own twist. If you look at the lines closely you’ll notice it really pays attention to the details found on the original Skytop. With the Skytop II we went a little bit higher than the first version and then on this one, we obviously came down to more of a mid-cut to throw everyone off.
I don’t know what anyone thought we were going to do, but they probably assumed we were just going to go even higher I suppose. It’s hard for me to explain the shoe in a couple of words, but it’s definitely part tech-runner and part basketball shoe, mixed in with the lines of the original Skytops…
That’s a fair description. The rubber cage is the most striking feature.
Actually we had the shoe design without it and we were looking at it like, ‘Yes, it’s cool, we like it, but it needs something else!’ We weren’t sure exactly what it was but then Josh had one design mocked up that had the cage. When I saw it I was like, ‘Oh, shit, that’s it, that’s really what’s going to set this apart!’
It’s interesting that you reference the ‘90s, because it was a time when brands had the balls to say, ‘Here’s where we think the future is, if you don’t like it, don’t wear it.’ Now brands seem to be petrified of what kids are going to think.
Absolutely. If it was up to me I would have made the Skytop III even crazier! I’m envisioning shoes in my head that I don’t see anywhere else right now. When I started at Circa back in the late ‘90s, the tech era was dying down at that point but I still had a lot of ideas I was trying to bring to the table. Right now, the market is going to open back up for way more technical shoes. Personally, I’m all about learning more about production, finding out what techniques can be used, from moulding pieces to seamless stitching to sonic welding – all these different applications that are possible.

Maybach Exelero

Since its initial introduction in 2005, the Maybach Exelero has only claimed one owner. Priced in and around a cool $8 million USD, music producer Birdman recently laid claim to the only example of the retro-styled supercar. Under the hood lies a 5.9L twin turbo V12 engine pumpin gout 700 horsepower. All this is required to move the beastly frame of the Exelero which manages a 0-60 time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 218 mph. The car’s original conception was a partnership between Maybach, tiremakers Fulda and the Pforzheim Polytechnic Department of Transport Design which gave opportunity to designers to submit their own concepts in which 24-year-old Fredrik Burchhardt won.

Rihanna Goes Super Long In NYC, Readies Her 2nd Fragrance

Rihanna took some drastic measures with her red hair Tuesday in New York.  After Monday night's Met Ball braided up hair and revealing Stella McCartney look she stepped out in, Rih was spotted grabbing some lunch at Phillipe Chow with friends.

Pics of Rih rocking booty length tresses, plus news on her second fragrance, when you read on...

Kinda reminds me of the chick from that movie The Ring.  Nevertheless, Rihanna stepped out in an all cream look today while grabbing a bite to eat.  She also tweeted the news to her fns that she's already working on the follow up to her popular Reb'l Fleur fragrance:
I'm already started on fragrance #2 an extension of #RebLFleur Wore the sample lastnight and all the fly girls wanted some #Yummy
Nice.  More pics:

An Angry Lil' Kim Blasts Nicki Minaj On Twitter

Lil' Kim took to her twitter account recently to voice her disapproval of some comments she heard Nicki Minaj made on the new Britney Spears remix "Til' The World Ends" and a possible tweet Nicki sent comparing Lil' Kim to Osama Bin Laden.  So Lil' Kim went full throttle on Twitter.  Deets inside....

It has not been confirmed if Nicki Minaj actually sent the tweet above or if it came from a fake account, but some sources say it really got Lil Kim angry. So recently she lashed out at Nicki Minaj after the above tweet insinuated that she would be found dead next.....after Osama.
It's not anything we haven't heard on a mixtape, but seeing Kim do it on Twitter make it look even more childish.  She taunts Nicki about getting "free" lunch and wear cheap hair like they are both in middle school. SMH......
Read Kim's mad tweets below:

I have to admit the "Indian" hair doesn't come in green comment was funny.  But can't we all get along?

And by the way, Nicki Minaj will perform on ABC's "DWTS" tonight.

Sanaa Lathan Covers The May 2011 "UPTOWN" Magazine Travel Issue

Actress Sanaa Lathan is covering the May 2011 Travel Issue of UPTOWN Magazine. And she's looking uber fab.  See the cover photo inside and watch the "behind-the-scenes" video of her talking about her new play “By The Way, Meet Vera Stark" when you read on....

While covering the latest issue of UPTOWN Magazine, Sanaa Lathan dished about her new play called "By The Way, Meet Vera Stark.  It's a story of a seventy year journey through the life of Vera Stark, a headstrong African-American maid and budding actress.
Her new role centers on her tangled relationship with her boss, a white Hollywood star desperately grasping to hold on to her career. When circumstances collide and both women land roles in the same Southern epic, the story behind the cameras leaves Vera with a surprising and controversial legacy scholars will debate for years to come.
Sounds interesting.  The play kick off this summer off Broadway in NYC.
Watch the "behind the scenes" video of her gorgeous magazine shoot here:

Beyonce, Kerry Washington, Kanye West & More At The Metropolitan Museum of Art Gala

Last night, Anna Wintour threw what has become one of the most sought after ticket in New York's high society fashion circles, the Costume Institute Gala.  This year's gala was dedicated to Alexander McQueen and attended by all of the beautiful people in music, fashion and business.  See pics of Beyonce, Naomi Campbell, Kerry Washington, and more inside....

The "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Costume Institute Gala At The Metropolitan Museum Of Art went down Monday night and the YBF folks came out with the fabness.

The King and Queen of Hip Hop/R&B Jay-Z and Beyonce arrived arm-in-arm.  And Beyonce's gown was so tight she had to be helped up the steps in her Pucci gown.  Gorgeous look though.

Mary J Blige wore this ice silk crepe gown a gold python clutch, and gold python strappy evening sandals all by Gucci. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz.

Solange Knowles wore Dries Van Noten.  Lovely graphic and bold look for her.

Zoe Saldana wore a simple Calvin Klein that still works lovely for her.

Joy Bryant looks like a totally different person when she actually wears makeup.  She donned a Missoni ombre orange gown for the occasion.

Model Joan Smalls was also there.  She pulled off the vampy makeup look with her gothic yet feminine dark silver gown.

Serena Williams went Carrie Bradshaw on us and wore a silver fascinator by Royal fave Philip Treacy and her gorgeous white Oscar de la Renta gown with a beaded bodice and shredded fabric look full skirt.

Pharrell Williams looked dapper in his suit.

Kerry Washington wore this stunning custom-made pistachio chiffon Escada dress with a Swarovski clutch and H. Stern jewelry

Cassie wore Rag & Bone to the ball.  She looks great but I think she should have worn something more formal.

Kanye West used a fancy safety pin to close his jacket.

He posed with Lyor Cohen.  Lookin' great 'Ye.

Jennifer Hudson looked fabulous in this strapless bronze and white full organza skirted gown.  The whole gown is made of silk organza and French tulle.  And she posed with Vera Wang--the designer of her gown.

Ciara looked very model-esque in her sleek Prabal Gurung gown.  I see she raised up those girls right too.

Serena's bestie LaLa Vazquez Anthony also donned Vera Wang.

She and Carmelo hit the red carpet.  Carmelo looked dapper as usual.  But the orange skin paried with the peach gown is just a bit much for La.  Not loving the fit of her gown on her either.

Andre Leon Talley worked his usual cape business.  This one was bigger than usual.

Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys looked great and that crocodile jacket is to die for.  Interesting to pair with such a feminine gown--I wouldn't have done it.  But it's a fab jacket on its own.  Her whole look is by Givenchy.

Amar'e Stoudemire posed in Calvin Klein with his fashion partner Rachel Roy, who rocked her own strapless white design of course.

Rosario Dawson was there.

Nicole Richie wore white and looked fabulous with an old Hollywood look.

I love this gown on Rihanna.  Great one-armed revealing laced look for her.

The dress is by Stella McCartney and the black lacy shoes by Christian Louboutin.

Rashida Jones wore a purple strapless A-line gown.  She could have taken a bit more risk though--this IS the Costume Gala.

Speaking of risks, Naomi Campbell (who looked like a piece of art) arrived with her boo Vladimir Doronin.   This white Alexander McQueen frock is sure to turn off a lot of people.  But there's something so unique about the top that I love.

Not loving Keri Hilson's choice here.  Her grey Versace dress wasn't my fave.  Not understanding the dress itself and it looks forced for her.  I've seen her take risks and look fabulous before, so expected more for this one.  And is it just me or is her hair and skin all starting to look monochromatic these days?

Jennifer Lopez wore this insanely red hot Gucci number.  I usually don't like big floral shrugs, but she made it work.  As usual.

Janelle Monae wore her signature black and white made head-to-toe by Chanel.

Iman looked like a Studio 54 diva in this metallic gold Stella McCartney deeply low cut pantsuit.  Classic.

Eva Mendes looked gorgeous in a royal blue one sleeved belted gown by Stella McCartney.

John Legend's model girlfriend Chrissy Tiegen wore a revealing black Chris March gown with Ruthie Davis’s “Spikette” pump.  Definitely a conversation starter dress.  Loves it.

Thandie Newton wore a Stella McCartney dress and walked the red carpet with Freida Pinto (on the right) and Jimmy Choo Chief Creative Officer Tamara Mellon (to Thandie's left).
Thandie and Tamara both wore Solange Azagury-Partridge jewelry while Thandie also accessorized with Jimmy Choo “Louisa” platform sandals from the Choo 24:7 Collection and the fashion house’s “Mini Tube” clutch.
Freida wore Chopard jewels and a satin clutch and white silk gown from Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2010 Haute Couture Collection.
