Since its release eight weeks ago, Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has officially moved a million units, making this his fifth platinum studio LP.  Well deserved.  Congrats to Yeezy!

With the phenomenal success of BET's "The Game," it's only natural that other networks add more scripted series to their lineups. Now, VH1 has released the trailer to their upcoming 2-hour series premiere event 'Single Ladies,' a comedic drama about women and relationships starring Charity Shea, Stacey Dash, and LisaRaye McCoy.
The show is produced by Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit Entertainment and follows three best friends with three different relationship philosophies living in Atlanta.  The show was originally shot as a movie in the summer of 2010, but VH1 liked it so much that they decided it needed to be a new television series.

Stripper Tries To Sue NFL Player Albert Haynesworth For $10 Million Because He Dumped Her

Washington Redskin's player Albert Haynesworth is breathing a sign of relief as a stripper, whom he possibly impregnated, will not be allowed to sue him for $10 million for leaving her.  Deets inside...

A NY state Supreme Court judge told Silvia Mena she could not sue her former "boyfriend" for emotional distress after he dumped her.  Silvia, who is now the mother of 2-month old baby Ella, was trying to sue Albert for $10 million for abandoning their romance.  But a judge ruled that this case does not belong in NY because their "romance" happened in Miami and in Tennessee, where he lives.
Albert's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, said her case was "silly."  "You can't sue someone for $10 million because he didn't want to be your boyfriend," Brett said. 
Meanwhile, Silvia is not giving up.  Her lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, said,

"The case was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds because he has no ties to New York. We will either seek federal jurisdiction or sue him in Tennessee. There is a separate paternity case filed with the Family Court in New York because the baby is here. Albert has been served with notice that he has to take a paternity test."

Is THIS what we're doing in 2011?  Suing dudes because he pulled your card and dumped you?  Times are rough out here.  SMH.

Last night, VH1 reality star Ray J had a 30th birthday party at PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Both he and his fab sister Brandy struck poses on the red carpet and are dropping a duet album in March, by the way.

Their godsister Lil B showed up to toast the birthday boy.

Snoop Dogg and Floyd Mayweather Jr. came out too.  This damn coat on Floyd...

Ray's girlfriend Brittany Pena was by his side all night and she posed with Brandy and Lil B.  I guess they're still together.

And if you give Ray J cash money for his birthday...expect him to count it.

Ray's actual birthday is tomorrow.

John Legend hosted his birthday celebration at Haze Nightclub at Aria in CityCenter last night.

He celebrated with his hot model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen.

They played kissy all night.

And looks like Chrissy gave John a picture as a present.  Or is that a cake?   Cute either way.

And after cutting his cake, John hit the stage and celebrated with his fans by performing.  Fun times...hopefully.

On Thursday night, TMZ reports rapper Game was hospitalized after a stunt with a guitar during a video shoot. Game was shooting a video for "Purp & Yellow" featuring Snoop Dogg, DJ Skee, and NBA players Matt Barnes and Ron Artest in Los Angeles. During the video shoot, Game smashed a guitar during his scene and a shattered piece of the instrument cut his finger wide open, which landed him in the emergency room. He received several stitches to close the wound.
