Lil Wayne featuring Rick Ross – If I Die Tonight (John)



Following the release of the cover art for Tha Carter IV, the album’s next single has now received its official video treatment. Presented by The DOTR, Weezy brings forth the visual for his Rick Ross-assisted single “If I Die Tonight (John).” Both rappers merge their powers which seem to flip the world upside down, literally. Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV is slated for a release in June.

Facemaker Exhibition @ Royal/T Recap


Culver City gallery space/cafe, Royal/T opened a new exhibition this past week, curated by The Hole NYC director Kathy Grayson. Coinciding with the opening of the MOCA Art in the Streets showcase in Los Angeles, “Facemaker” focuses more on the pop-art side of things as opposed to the heavily street-centric nature of the MOCA show. Featured artists for this exhibition include Shepard Fairey, Barry McGee, Kenny Scharf, KAWS, and SWOON, alongside Clare Rojas, FriendsWithYou, Ben Jones and others. The Brooklyn Circus 2011 Spring Shirt Collection


The Brooklyn Circus presents its latest BKc Spring Shirting Collection for 2011. Having just released this past weekend at the brand’s Trunk Show in Brooklyn, BKc leaves some goods for the San Francisco heads for its late night (5pm-9pm) release this Friday at the SF Trunk Show. The shirts are all made in the USA using Japanese fabrics and finishings with a BKc Hand-Tailored fit. The second run of designs looks to drop on May 15, 2011. Look for these through The Brooklyn Circus New York and San Francisco.

Judith Supine “LADYBOY” Exhibition Recap


Last week, Judith Supine descended on the New Image Art Gallery in West Hollywood to exhibit a new solo body of work titled “LADYBOY.” The gallery took on a surreal neon aura as Supine’s hand-painted wallpaper was contrasted by large hanging pieces. As the name suggests, ladyboys were an eye-raising addition to the opening night as the show runs until May 13, 2011.
