Chris Brown is officially kicking off his comeback.  He just released his brand new album cover for his upcoming F.A.M.E. LP.    Oh, and his F-bomb he dropped about getting dissed by the Grammys Sunday night.

Fresh off his "SNL" appearance this weekend, Chris Brown just unveiled his brand new F.A.M.E. album cover.  Mr. Breezy's hitting shelves on March 22nd and I, for one, am happy for him.  You feelin' it?
Oh, and Chris says he's too not worried about loosing the Grammy for his "Deuces" song last night.  His exact words via Twitter:

Air Jordan 1 Phat Low Cool Grey/White

A new colorway has just been added to the Air Jordan 1 Phat Low series. Maintaining its casual aesthetic, the sneaker is now available in a Cool Grey/White color combination that features a tonal grey nubuck upper with perforated toe box and a grey and white elephant print Swoosh along its side. The style is set to be released in March and will retail at $95 USD.

Dawn and Kalenna apparently weren't invited to this party.  The two don't appear on this song so it makes sense they're not in the vid.  The "Yesterday" track off Dirty Money's Last Train To Paris album now has a video. 
The vid was shot in L.A. a couple weeks ag and is directed by Colin Tilley.  Peep the shirtless Breezy and Diddy run around the desert-like space in their new ish.

OH NO! El DeBarge RELAPSES & Goes Back To Rehab!

Just as he was making one of the most major comebacks of 2010/2011 after 16 years off the music scene, El DeBarge has reportedly checked himself into a drug rehab facility.

Details on what went down, and the surprising celebrity who helped El check himself into the recovery facility, when you read on...

El DeBarge has relapsed on his road to sobriety.  According to BlackVoices.com, it was known that El went back to his drug and alcohol ways in the past recent weeks.  And his record label, Geffen Records, confirmed today that El voluntarily checked himself into a recovery facility.
El's statement reads:

"I hate to disappoint my fans but it is necessary for me to take the time to work on me so that I may continue to share El DeBarge my music and my story with everyone. I thank everyone in advance for their prayers and well wishes and hope that you will respect my privacy during this time."

Reportedly, 50 Cent, who appears on El's newest album Second Chance, played an integral part in getting the "Second Chance" singer to go back to rehab.
El was set to kick off his new "Intimacy" tour on February 17th in Houston with Ledisi, but his appearances have now been postponed. The tour will reportedly start without him.

Lil' Kim drops a new mixtape named Black Friday today and it contains a new Nicki Minaj diss record.  The track is called "Warning" and she rhymes over Nicki's "Did It On 'Em" beat.

The Show And The Performances

The performances from last night's 53rd annual Grammy awards were all out big-top productions with surprise guests, slick dance moves and Muppets.  And who doesn't love a good Muppet?  Come inside and see pics and highlights from the show.

 

 

The show began with a sexy and buff LL Cool J walking out and introducing "The Queen of The Grammys" Ms. Aretha Franklin who has 18 of the awards. 

 

 

This lead to a tribute starring Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Yolanda Adams, Martina McBride, & Florence Welch.  The group performed 'Natural Woman,' and individual renditions of "Ain't No Way" 'Until You Come Back to Me (That's What I'm Gonna Do)' 'Freedom' 'Respect' 'Spirit In The Dark' and 'Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves.'  And yes.....Christina knew the words.

I was not blown away by this performance but the audience seemed really excited by the Usher/Justin Bieber collab. And people really got excited when Jaden Smith took to the stage. Look closely and you will see that Will and Jada know all the words to Jaden's rap. I bet they helped him rehearse at home all week. They looked like proud parents

The next performance was one of my favorites as it proved that the geeks can be "the cool kids." In a performance that mixed the old and the new, the classy with the street and covered several genres of music, I was in awe of B.O.B., Bruno Mars, and Janelle Monae.

And with a very bright backdrop, Cee-Lo Green performed his hit YouTube clip "F*ck You" with the Muppets. Then all of a sudden, Gwyneth Paltrow hit the stage. And guess what, she sounded pretty good. And there was no auto-tune either.

And another huge production number was Eminem who had Rihanna and Dr. Dre as backup. Again, this was another "much hyped" performance that fell a little flat for me.
